Český knihtisk mezi pozdní gotikou a renesancí : Petr Voit

The aim of this work is to show how and in what time the Czech late Gothic letterpress grew into the Early Renaissance craft and how the literary and publishing scene was changed during this process, and with it the reader community. The printers of the North-Danish Dynasty are well-suited to this assignment because they devoted themselves to the production and distribution of the printed book in 1488-1557, and besides the family congregation of Gerosh Kohen, a significant hedgehog of Prague Hebrew printing, they did not have any dynastic competition until the times of the Melantrich-Adam family.
